Patient FAQs

Please call us or book online to schedule and appointment ahead of time. At the time of the call, we will what the appointment is for.

We do not accept walk-in patients at this time. We offer same day appointments for urgent care and  for short visits to attend to simple medical problems for patients whose family physician practices in our clinic.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. When you arrive, please, identify yourself to the front desk staff. You will be asked to fill out the forms provided. Please, ensure bringing your B.C. Care Card and a list of current medications with you. Your first appointment with a Family Doctor will last approximately 10-15 minutes.

There will be a fee charged for cancellations unless we are provided with a minimum 24 hours notice.

Your doctor will provide you with your test results when you visit for your appointment, we do not offer test results over the phone. You can preview many of your test results through http://www.myehealth.ca 

Appointments are required for our doctors to be able to provide you with prescription renewals and refills as well as a referral to a medical or surgical specialist

A visit is free of charge for patients with a valid BC Care Card, your visit is free of charge. For others there is a fee payable for your appointment. Our Medical Office Admins will be able to provide you with the fees payable. 

There are also services that your BC Care Card will not cover, please check with our MOAs at the time of booking an appointment.
